Here it is.
Shawn represented the seller when I purchased a company. The seller put up multiple roadblocks during the process, but Shawn managed to keep him on track to keep the deal alive. I almost walked away from the deal on many occasions, but Shawn spent many hours working behind the scenes to find a compromise between us. After multiple difficult negotiations and delays, we were able to consummate the deal. I felt like Shawn was always fair, honest, yet still represented the seller as he should have.
